Vermont Patient Alliance is now offering home delivery service to all of our registered patients on Saturdays. Orders must be placed the Thursday before scheduled delivery. Our delivery schedule is as follows:

PLACING AN ORDER

- Orders must be placed Thursday before by 2pm your scheduled delivery day.

- Patients will be call the day before delivery to confirm order contants, total cost, payment type, and expected 2 hour delivery window.

PAYMENT

- Cash is the perferred method of payment. Checks will be accepted on a case by case basis.

Service fee

- $15 Service Fee for all orders under $200

-No Service Fee for orders over $200

Delivery Requirements

- You must have your current and correct physical address on file with CCB. We are only legally allowed to deliver to the address that you have on file with CCB. (We can check and confirm this at the store).

- You must have “Dispensary Communication” checked on the CCB form to allow us to have access to your address and phone number for delivery. All your information is securely treated as protected health care information (PHI). *If this has not been done, you will need to fill out the Cardholder Change/Request Form with CCB. (We can provide this at the store, or it is available on the Vermont Cannabis Program website. https://ccb.vermont.gov/medical)

- For Payment we accept CASH or CHECKS. DEBIT or CREDIT CARDS will not be accepted for delivery at this time. Payment must be ready at the door at the time of delivery.

- We cannot take post-dated checks, they must be dated for the day of delivery. Checks will be restricted on a case-by-case basis.

- You must place your delivery order at least 2 days in advance. Southern VT Patients must have their order in by 2pm the Thursday before the requested Saturday Delivery. Delivery orders will be taken and scheduled on a first come, first served basis.

- There is a $15 Delivery Fee with a $200 order minimum to waive the fee.

- The card-holding patient or caregiver must be present and must physically receive the products from the driver. They must show a valid Vermont Medical card. – Unregistered persons cannot receive products for a patient.

- Drivers may not enter a patient or caregiver’s residence, unless necessary. Patients must have their registry identification card and payment ready at the door at the time of delivery.

- Drivers may refuse delivery for any reason if the driver determines the area is not safe to deliver and drivers may request that dogs be restrained for deliveries.
